The information below identifies the 14 major allergens outlined by the Food Standards Agency which can be found in all the food and drink we serve.
We are delighted with the food we produce in our small but mighty kitchen on a daily basis but, due to the size of our kitchen, we use many utensils, equipment and ingredients across all of our menus meaning there could be a risk of cross contamination. Whilst this is managed, by the use of specific colour coded utensils, equipment, chopping boards and a FSA approved 2 stage cleaning process. We take as many precautions as possible to keep things separate, we cannot guarantee this is a 100% allergen free. There could be a chance that allergens could be found in any item.
Many of our produce is from manufacturers or small businesses who have controls in place, but customers should be aware that there could be a small risk of cross-contamination.
While the ingredient information below is based on our standard dishes, variations may occur. Please remember to speak to a member of staff about any allergens and dietary requirements and check our guide.
